Jason did an incredible job helping us buy this house, and based on that experience, I knew I could trust him. When I found out I needed to move for work, I didn't even think about talking to another agent. Jason came over to our house and within 20 minutes we had our strategy together for how to sell our house and what price point would sell within the timeframe we needed.
Jason has such a high level of experience and expertise that he makes the process of selling a home seem simple and easy. It started with his knowledge of the local market. He didn't have to do any research; he just knew what houses like ours were selling for. We then talked about all of the steps to selling our house, and Jason explained it in a very simple order that made it easy to understand. He also explained where the process might not go exactly to plan, and what to do if that happened. He had an answer to every question I had including our VA mortgage. I appreciate that Jason is always very calm and collected, and talking to him feels like having a conversation with a friend that's really into real estate. Jason had a very professional yard sign that looked nice Infront of our house. Showing the house was always very simple, and we got plenty of communication from Jason. Negotiations were always simple because Jason could explain why clauses were included in a contract and if it was a good deal. The contracts, sale, and closing all went as well as they could have. Again Jason's knowledge of the process made it simple. He knew all of inspections and paperwork that would need to be done and made sure we signed them at the right time. Something I learned as a seller working with Jason is that it isn't just the agent that makes leads to a successful sale, it's an entire team they trust enough to put their name behind. We received great and timely service from serval other members of the Century 21 team, and I'm sure there were many many others involved we didn't even know about because they seamlessly played their part. A particularly valuable example of the team and working relationships that Jason has developed would be with Elite Roofing. A buyer found hail damage from a recent storm and also wanted a fast closing date. Jason connected us with Elite Roofing to get the work done before the closing the buyer wanted. Elite went out of their way to fit us into their busy schedule and was very patient with our frustrating insurance company. The situation wasn't ideal, but Jason knew the right people to handle it. What could have been a stressful situation where we possibly lose the sale was taken care of with the right team.
I like working with Jason because he's so calm. It took a lot of stress out of selling our house because I could tell Jason was comfortable with each challenge that came up and knew how to handle it. He is always very professional, well presented, and responds very quickly.
Jason always had seamless support in the sale of our house to the point we hardly noticed there were likely many others helping us out. It's seems like Century 21 has a very polished system and uses the right combination of technology and excellent people.
Century 21 provided a very experienced team with the support and tools they need to be successful. This lead to selling our house on schedule for a great price.
